Before you come in
Info
The things worth knowing before your appointment. If it is not answered here, just ask.
Booking & deposits
How do I book?
Everything goes through the booking page. Pick a slot and tell us what you have in mind. Nothing is charged there: we will email you to confirm the date and sort the deposit, and the slot is held from the point that is paid.
How much is the deposit?
It depends on how long the piece needs, so we will tell you the amount in the email confirming your date. It is not an extra charge: it comes off the price of the tattoo on the day.
Can I move my appointment?
Yes, with at least 48 hours' notice - the deposit moves with you. Under 48 hours, or not turning up, means the deposit is lost and a new one is needed to rebook. That slot could have gone to somebody else, which is the whole reason for the rule.
On the day
How old do I have to be?
18, with photo ID on the day. No exceptions, and no parental consent workaround - it is the law, not studio policy. Bring a passport or driving licence, not a photo of one.
What should I do beforehand?
Eat a proper meal, drink water, and get a normal night's sleep. Wear something comfortable that gets to the area easily, and bring snacks for anything over a couple of hours.
Do not drink the night before, and do not turn up hungover - it thins your blood, makes the tattoo harder to do and hurts more.
Can I bring someone with me?
One person is fine, and often a good idea for a long session. More than that and it gets crowded - it is a working studio, not a waiting room.
Aftercare
How long does it take to heal?
The surface closes over in about two weeks, and the skin underneath settles over two to three months. It will look cloudy in weeks two and three - that is normal and it comes back.
Full instructions are on the aftercare page.
The shop
Do you ship shop orders?
Yes, worldwide. Orders, sizing, returns and tracking all live on the shop site - that is a separate shopfront, so anything order-related is quickest answered there.
Just been tattooed?
Full healing instructions, including what to do if something does not look right.

Replace this with a real review, copied from Google or from an Instagram DM. Two or three sentences reads best, and specifics beat superlatives every time.
A second placeholder, here so the three-across layout can be seen. Ask happy clients for a Google review as they leave and this section fills itself within a month.
A third placeholder. The homepage shows the first three ticked as featured, and the Info page shows every one of them.
